This book attempts to substantiate the joint contribution of school leadership, school culture and teachers’ commitment to change/improvement to the project of school effectiveness and the transformative dynamics of schools. An effort is made to clarify, as briefly as possible, the above terms and related theories, with extensive references to the scientific literature. The aim of this paper is to provide a valuable support for teachers in terms of the parameters that help improve student achievement. At the same time, it is hoped that through the examination of these important issues, avenues for scientific research are opened up.
